I have been trying to pay for an item but my credit card won't go through. We need to place the order asap in time for an special event. I do have a pay pal acct but there is no way to pay via pay pal on your website. What advice you offer?

Answer: The credit card company requires that the "Ship to" address match the "bill to" address of the _credit_card_ exactly.

We can work off of the partial order you make and you can use paypal's "send money" feature to send us the payment. google for paypal "send money"

How long I will take for an order to be ready?

Answer: Please allow 12 days for a rush order. Normal orders take five (5) weeks.

What if I Don’t Like the Item I ordered?

Answer: Our items, with some restrictions, are 100% guarantee. You probably would never think of returning your Bumba Bella item, but if you find that the item you received is not exactly as it was described, please immediately return it to us for a FULL refund of your purchase price.

You MUST report the problem within 24 hours, and return the product within 3 days, UNUSED, and in the same condition it was shipped. You pay shipping.

Items damaged in shipment may NOT be returned, contact the shipper.

RETURN POLICY: If you receive a wrong or defective item please email us immediately at returns@bumbabella.com giving the reason for the return. Only afterwards please return the item including the shipping label and a copy of the email sent to returns describing the problem along with the RETURN Material Authorization number (RMA number).

Our goal is to make sure you get exactly what you ordered so there is never a need to return anything.

 We will do our best to correct any miss-shipped items.  Damage in shipping is the shippers responsibility. We urge you to purchase insurance for that reason. Products must be returned in the same condition shipped. This includes any boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards, etc.

Products must be in their original condition without shipping damage, markings, tape, folds or defacing. You will need to include the item number on the inside of the box.

No refunds on custom made or made-to-order products, but we are willing to place the item, if unused, 'for sale', 'on consignment' for you, and send you the proceeds, if and when it sells. Be aware that since it is no longer 'made-to-order', the price will be lower.

Products returned in damaged condition will be discarded and no credit will be issued. Items returned without item number or reason for return will cause delays in processing or even discarded.

Please follow the instructions given above so that the process runs smoothly.

 How Do I Order if I Don't Want to Place an Online Order?

Answer: You may call at the phone number found on our Contact Us page. You may also email the order or send it by postal mail. Click here to print an order form link.

 Please note that our shopping cart is a secure site providing SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and the safest method of ordering.

When using email, DO NOT include sensitive information, such as credit card or bank account numbers.

When using the order form, it is important to write down the item number and description of the item for reference. If you reach our voice mail, please make sure to leave your contact information and we will return your call promptly. By law, we are required to keep your information private and secure.

What about INTERNATIONAL Shipping, outside the United States?

For international orders we will contact you with shipping and handling charges. Understand that by placing your order, you acknowledge your commitment to cover shipping charges. We must finish and pack your order so we can accurately calculate shipping. Please make sure that you have entered your email address correctly on your order, so we can contact you. You can call us at the numbers found on our Contact Us page, if you have any further questions.

We ship international orders USPS Global Priority. This includes a tracking number, but packages are not tracked once they leave the US.

What if I have a return?

Answer: Visit our Ordering and Shipping page for details on the policies. Our items are 100% guarantee. If, upon inspection, when you receive the item, it does not stand up to your expectation of quality, you are entitled to a full refund on the product, provided it is promptly returned to us, unused.

We do not accept packages postage due or COD.

Returns are not an option with downloadable media.

Special and clearance items sales are final.

Is my credit card transaction secure?

Answer: We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Any time Bumba Bella Boutique’s asks you for a credit card number for payment or for verification purposes, it will be SSL encrypted.

The information you provide will be stored securely on our servers. Once you choose to store or enter your credit card number on Bumba Bella Boutique's, it will not be displayed back to you in its entirety when you retrieve or edit it in the future. Instead of the entire number, you will only see asterisks and either the first four digits or the last four digits of your number.

In addition, to place your order, you may call at the phone number found on our Contact Us page. You may also email the order or send it by postal mail if you are more comfortable placing your order this way. By law, we are required to keep your information private and secure.

Can I combine coupon codes? And use coupon codes with sale items?

Answer: Our E-commerce site is only able to accept one coupon code per order and therefore coupons may not be combined. Some sales will be set up as coupon codes and may not be combined with others sales. Some sales will have "hardcoded" prices which will allow additional discount codes.

Do you sell wholesale?

No. We don't have a wholesale program setup.

How will you bill Credit Card?

Answer: When an order is placed on our site the amount is automatically authorized, and a hold is placed on the funds. When we ship an order we convert the authorization to a "sale". We do not have your money in our bank.  There is just a hold on those funds. Bank card authorizations have to release the money within 4 business days. Credit cards allow for the authorization without holding actual money in your bank. Please be assured that we take the handling of your money very seriously.

 May I visit your store?

We are mainly a cyberspace store. Customers may visit our house, where we have a limited number of sample items available for viewing, by appointment only.
