Petticoat

This petticoat is made using four (4) strips of crinoline in two (2) tiered bands attached to a tulle base. To prevent scratchiness, each crinoline band is finished at the bottom using white polyester/cotton bias tape. The petticoat is enhanced with two (2) bands of gathered lace, each lace band attached to the edge of each of the crinoline bands.

This petticoat is underlined with a layer of white Lycra fabric.

It has been pre-washed and so pre-shrunk. Although this petticoat may be machine washed; hand washing is recommended.
