This beautiful dress
is appropriate for Special Church days, Easter Sunday, Christmas, ‘her’ birthday and any other ‘very special occasion’.
This white dress is made of 100% pure cotton fabric**. The classic lines of this dress enhance special occasions. The yoke is smocked using white Finca™ 100% Perle cotton thread and pink DMC cotton floss and enhanced with sets of bullion knots white and pink rose buds with green lazy daisy leaves.
The jewel collar is finished using a self-fabric bias band. The puffed sleeves are enhanced with white tatting lace and pure silk ribbon at the cuff.
The skirt has been enhanced with matching tatting lace and matching pure silk ribbon at the lower edge.
The back yoke is plain, fastens with three (3) clear buttons (an extra button is included, ‘just in case’) and a sash tie.
A placket having a length of approximately 4.0 inches makes the dress easy to put on and take off. The side seams of the dress are French seams. The dress is lined with an underlay of white Spechler Vogel 100% pure cotton Pima Batiste** for comfort with French side seams for strength.
The hand-washable pre-shrunk dress is beautiful, comfortable, and functional. Due to availability of lace patterns exact laces as shown in the picture cannot be guaranteed. Similar laces may be substituted.
