This beautiful dress is appropriate for Special Church days, First Communion*, Easter Sunday, Christmas, ‘her’ birthday and any other ‘very special occasion’.

This dress is made of 100% pure cotton fabric. The classic lines of this dress enhance special occasions. The yoke is hand smocked, from shoulder to waist using Finca™ white perle cotton #16 thread and has been enhanced with five (5) petals white bullion knots flowers with a two (2) bullion knots yellow thread center. These flowers, embroidered around the jewel neckline and the waist line, have been made using white Finca™ 100% perle cotton.

The jewel neckline, the waist, and the armscyes are finished with self-fabric mini piping.

The skirt has been enhanced, at the lower edge, with three (3) tucks and a 1” wide pure silk ribbon band.

The back yoke is plain, fastens with four (4) white buttons (an extra button is included, ‘just in case’) and a sash tie.

A placket having a length of approximately 4.0 inches makes for the dress to be easy to put on and take off. The side seams of the dress are French seams. The dress is lined with an underlay of white Spechler Vogel 100% pure cotton Pima Batiste for comfort with French side seams for strength.

The hand-washable pre-shrunk dress is beautiful, comfortable, and functional.
