This beautiful dress is appropriate for Special Church days*, Easter Sunday, Christmas, ‘her’ birthday and any other ‘very special occasion’.

This dress is made of 100% pure cotton fabric**. The classic lines of this dress enhance special occasions. The yoke is hand smocked, from shoulder to waist using Finca™ perle cotton #16 thread and has been enhanced with bullion knots flowers which have been finished using a pearl in the center. The flowers are embroidered using Finca™ 100% perle cotton.

The jewel neckline is finished with a self-fabric bias band. The puffed sleeves are finished using a band of white/ecru beading lace and a silk ribbon at the cuff.

The skirt has been enhanced, at the hem, with two (2) tucks – one each side – of a band of white/ecru beading lace enhanced with silk ribbon matching the beading lace and ribbon at the sleeves.

The back yoke is plain, fastens with three (3) buttons (an extra button is included, ‘just in case’) and a sash tie.

A placket having a length of approximately 4.0 inches makes the dress easy to put on and take off. The side seams of the dress are French seams. The dress is lined with an underlay of 100% pure cotton** for comfort with French side seams for strength.

The hand-washable pre-shrunk dress is beautiful, comfortable, and functional.
