WARNING:
The DVD case has a push button at the center of the DVD holder to lock the DVD in the case with small tabs.
The locking hub really holds the disk tightly.
For safe release of the media, you MUST push down the button in the center.
Failing to push down the center button may result in breakage of the disc.
Replacements: In addition to shipping charges, there will be a $7 charge for replacement of broken DVDs and you must return the broken DVD before we will ship a replacement.
