This beautiful dress appropriate for First Eucharist (formerly Communion) has been uniquely designed, this white dress is made of Spechler Vogel 100% Swiss cotton batiste fabric**. The classic lines of this dress enhance special occasions. The bodice is hand smocked with a row of roses that highlights the lower edge of the yoke. The roses are bullion knots stitches each using DMC cotton hand embroidered having two (2) green leaves using daisy lazy stitches using DMC cotton floss.
The puffed sleeves of this dress are cuffed and the dress has a lace edged Peter Pan collar.
The back yoke is plain, fastens with three (3) buttons (an extra button is included, ‘just in case’), a sash tie, and a placket having a length of approximately 4.5 “ which makes it easy to put on and take off. The side seams of the dress are French seams. The dress is lined with an underlay of Spechler Vogel 100% Pima cotton batiste** for comfort with French side seams for strength.

The machine washable (or dry clean) dress is beautiful, comfortable, and functional. It has been lovingly crafted by an experienced seamstress from Colombia who designed it so it would look good on her Granddaughter or your Special Little Angel.Due to availability of lace patterns exact laces as shown in the picture cannot be guaranteed. Similar laces may be substituted.
The embroidery is in white although shown in color here for clarity.
