This beautiful christening gown is designed from the original wedding dress white fabric and its embelishments. The wedding dress was submitted by the owner. This size 6 months gown is approximately 33 inches long, approximately 9.5 inches shoulder to shoulder, and the skirt is approximately 40 inches wide at the hemline. The front yoke is self fabric lined and the neckline has been finished with gathered lace. The lower edge of the gown is finished with matching lace. The skirt is constructed with a built-in self fabric overlay from the yoke to the hem.
The back has a placket that adds comfort and makes the gown easy to put on and remove. The back fastens with two (2) little white ribbon bows. The construction of the short sleeves includes a lace at the lower edge.
A matching bonnet/cap, 12 inches from earlobe to earlobe, is made of the matching white fabric. This self fabric lined bonnet/cap is embellished with matching lace and ties with a 18" total length by 0.5" wide white silk ribbon.
The christening gown is beautiful, comfortable, and functional.
