Custom made items are not returnable.
You probably wouldn't think of returning your Bumba Bella item, but if you find that the item you received is not as it was described, please immediately return it to us for a FULL refund of your purchase price.
Please contact us to report the problem within 24 hours, and return the product within 30 days of deliver. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value as the products must be returned in the same condition shipped.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items damaged in shipment may NOT be returned, please contact the shipper.

Products must be in their original condition without shipping damage, markings, tape, folds or defacing. This includes any boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards, etc. You will need to include the item number on the inside of the box.
Our goal is to make sure you get exactly what you ordered so there will be no need for you to return any Bumba Bella product.
We will do our best to correct any miss-shipped items. Damage in shipping is the shipping company’s responsibility. We urge you to purchase insurance for that reason.
