The lower part of the bodice is hand smocked with pink flowers and enhanced with leaves made using lazy daisy stitches and a stem.
The jewel neckline and the armscyes are finished using self-fabric mini piping.
The back yoke is plain, fastens with four (4) mother-of-pearl buttons (an extra button is included, ‘just in case’), a sash tie, and a placket having a length of approximately 4.5 “ which makes it easy to put on and take off.
The dress is lined with an underlay of white Spechler Vogel 100% Pima cotton batiste** for comfort with French side seams for strength.
The machine washable pre-shrunk dress is beautiful, comfortable, and functional. Due to availability of fabric patterns exact fabric as shown in the picture cannot be guaranteed. Similar fabric may be substituted.
