Uniquely designed, this white dress is made of the finest quality 100% cotton Spechler Vogel 100% white Swiss Super Fine cotton batiste fabric**. The classic lines of this dress enhance special occasions.
The white lined collar is embellished with a blue shadow work bow in the center hand embroidered using DMC© cotton floss, six (6) roses, eight (8) rose buds and leaves. The Bucila© 4 mm 539 red pure silk ribbon used, has been treated for shrinkage and color bleeding. The leaves are made using Bucilla© 4 mm 643 green pure silk ribbon. In addition, the collar is embellished with 3/8” wide white ribbon and Cluny lace along the edges.
The lower edge of the skirt is embellished with four (4) bands of 1 ½” wide white insertion Cluny lace and one band of edging Cluny lace attached using white a total of six (6) bands of white ribbon. Three (3) pintucks on each side of an extra band of pure silk white ribbon complements the lower part of the skirt.
The back yoke is plain, fastens with three (3) mother-of-pearl buttons (an extra button is included, ‘just in case’). The construction of the short puffed sleeves includes two (2) bands of matching Cluny ½“ wide insertion lace, one band of Cluny edging lace, and three (3) bands of white silk ribbon. A lace white silk ribbon bow complements the lower edge of the sleeves.
Lined using Spechler Vogel fabric.
The machine washable pre-shrunk dress is beautiful, comfortable, and functional. It has been lovingly crafted by an experienced seamstresses from Colombia who designed it so it would look good on her Granddaughter or your Special Little Angel.
Note: Due to limited availability of lace patterns, exact laces as shown in the picture can not be guaranteed. Similar laces may be substituted, same great quality.
