This beautiful christening gown is designed from the finest quality cotton white fabric. This size 6 months gown is approximately 33 inches long, approximately 9 inches shoulder to shoulder, and the skirt is approximately 64 inches wide at the hemline.
The lower edge of the gown is finished with ½” lace.
This beautiful christening gown features a yoke and the skirt is made up of three (3) panels delineated using insertion lace. These panels are embellished with white hand embroidered flowers, stems, and leaves. The lower edge of the skirt is finished with matching edging lace.
The Peter Pan collar is enhanced by matching edging lace along the neckline edge.
The back opening edge fastens with three (3) buttons which adds comfort and makes the gown easy to put on and remove.
The construction of the long sleeves includes matching edging lace at the lower edge of the sleeves giving place for a band of matching white ribbon to fasten the sleeves with a bow allowing for adjustment of the cuff.
The gown comes with a white full length petticoat made of white cotton fabric and fastens at the back open edge with two (2) buttons adding comfort and allowing for easy put on and remove.
The gown includes a detachable cape made using white cotton fabric. The cape is embellished with hand embroidered white flowers, edging lace around the edge, and closes in the front with a button.
A matching bonnet/cap, 12 inches from earlobe to earlobe, is made of the cotton white fabric. This self fabric lined bonnet/cap is embellished with hand embroidered white flowers and insertion lace and ties under the chin with white silk ribbon.
